iTango Restaurant and Lounge

I was hosting birthday party for 16 people, they set the table very nice. Since it’s many of us the server wants to take food orders and drinks, we have put in order @ 6:30pm and I told her we would like the food to be served by 7pm when everybody here. By 7:15 the same server came by to asked if we wanted to order more food, I told her to bring out the food we had been ordered first then if we wanted more will let her know. Drinks were served right away .By 7:30 still no food then I saw 3 servers stand around and I went there to ask how long we have to wait for our food , the same server argued with me that I didn’t tell her about the time for food to come out wow really! No common sense . Food was good with small portions and little over priced but that I was expecting drinks was very good. The MC was friendly and helpful, the music was good. The service very bad, server was no manner and disrespectful. The worst part was hardly any customer there except us on Friday night figured this out. I feel really bad for the owner cause it’s in good location and the food is good, but they need to retrain their employees how to be better servers and be honest and professional. I really hate to see this place closed. Hopefully they take all the reviews seriously and make some changes

Visited recently and had a disappointing experience. The restaurant was quiet when we arrived, and we waited for a while before any staff came to assist or seat us. After that, service felt rushed and not very welcoming. We were repeatedly asked to order quickly, which made the experience uncomfortable. After we left, staff made loud comments about customers within earshot, which did not feel professional. It gave the impression that customers may be treated differently based on assumptions rather than actual interaction. Overall, the environment did not feel professional, so I would not return.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the portions were generous. The staff were polite and attentive. It’s a nice place to enjoy a meal with friends or family

Food is well cook and taste delicious BUT Its price is MODERATE and PRICEY. The plate is SMALL comparing to other RESTAURANT. The Restaurant is SMALL or tiny BECAUSE they have a small section for KARAOKE AREA. Restroom is outside the restaurant BUT inside the Motel/Hotel (Shared with the Hotel/Motel Guests....

This is my second time come tonthis place and I will not come again here is why. 1. The price is so high unbelievable 2. Service is bad asking clean table a thousand time they only service peoples they know and look like tip alot to them. 3. Food order but bring out mising something ask bring later 4. You will be left out cause you look cheap or not regular customers they only service if u look have alot money. I recommend anyone don't ever come this place it very bad
