Jade Galore

Jade Galore has been my goto jewelry store ever since I bought my wedding and engagement set 10 plus years ago. I like their service and pricing. Debbie Wu was the first sales person I met and I've always gone back to her over the years. I recommend you ask for Debbie when you visit. Wedding set is such a big investment so you want as much help as possible. After all these years I still remember why we like Debbie. She was patient and discrete. She gave us a lot of space/time to think over and look around. She was NEVER push! In addition, she gave very good advice( after we queried her) such as : 1) round diamond have better resale value. 2) Get six prongs instead of four because it's secure and it make the diamond look rounder (for our stone's size). We made the plunge and never regretted it. Over the years, I came back to either get my ring serviced and always asked for Debbie. This week, I bought a new simple band from Debbie in their new SJ store. It's nice to see her again after the lock down. The new store is beautiful and large. Two rings, two bracelets, custom metals and gold tones, and customers for life! I initially walked in just to browse since I was visiting Santana Row/Westfield. James and Christine were amazing to work with. They were patient and gave no pressure. Multiple visits later, I now own timeless pieces, sized to the perfect fit, and sparkle that feels personal, not generic. Worth every glance in the mirror!

This is the first time I visited the new location since JG moved from Milpitas Square a few years ago. I'm so glad the store has kept intact its best part, which is the superb customer service. The inside has been upgraded to a more luxury setting and the store has a lot more designs at all price points to offer. The staff treats the customers like true VIPs, even though I just had a small custom work order. I'm not sure if they have the lowest price in town, however from the consultation with Fannie I can feel they do prioritize customers' need rather than pushing for higher price options. The custom item comes back very well made, and I enjoyed very much the whole process. After all, jewelry shopping is not only about a merchandise but also about experience. I definitely will come back to this jeweler if need something unique, or just simply go to online jeweler if I already have something in mind. This jeweler is so much better than those big chain retailers.

The best customer service and jewelers ever! Plus beautiful jewelry! Irene helped me custom make my oval eternity wedding band and wow! She blew it out of the ball park for me! She perfected it and made sure I was so happy from start to finish and she’s been so honest and kind throughout the entire process and I’m SO PICKY! I highly recommend Irene and jade galore! You get what you pay for and it shows!

Jade Galore is amazing! We had my engagement ring made by James along with our wedding bands. He also split and resized my grandmother’s wedding set so my mom and I could each have a ring. For my engagement ring I wanted a very particular diamond and cut of diamond that’s extremely difficult to find. James took the time to find us several diamond in the style I was wanted for us to see. He was very helpful and patient with us through the process. Many other jewelers in town wouldn’t even try to accommodate my desire. They only tried to sell me the traditional round diamond that I did not want. Even after my ring was made I asked for some minor adjustments and they happily made the adjustments for me. Each piece they worked on or created has been wonderful! It’s been such a pleasure working with James and the rest of the team. I would (& have) recommended Jade Galore to any one looking for something special!
