James Avery Artisan Jewelry

I am so disappointed with the quality of this jewelry. I have been wearing James Avery since tha late 80's being gifted it as a child. Tha quality and stability of the metal is definitely not the same. I understand that others metals have to be added to the sterling silver but the amount tha is being used to gain profit is being notice by Long time wearers. I am no longer able to wear James Avery earrings any longer do to tha other metals, it infected both of my ears. I had to take them back. Mind u 1 also broke the 2nd day I had them. Also I want to talk about the charms. They fade and loss shape. When I brought it to tha managers attention I was told its because the charms r rubbing and that's just what happens. And I could get half off on another charm like it. Most of my charms r sentimental and were gifts so why would I want to purchases another. I want the 1 I was originally gifted. If the charms r being made to be placed on charm bracelets why do they fade from rubbing from only a couple yrs. I feel this is being done for profit and is no longer to be made for tha jewelry to last and cherish. And this is the whole point of the jewelry originally when James Avery 1st started. His wishes still should be met for his long time and further customers even though he is no longer here. Thank u The heart remembers: 4 yrs old Best mom ever: 2 yrs old Heart Y: only 1 yr old ( this will be my 3rd time having to replacing)

I had such a GREAT experience at this specific James Avery location. Everyone in the store was so kind and welcoming, but I especially want to shout out Daisy for helping me. I was super picky about the length of my anklet, and she was so patient going back and forth with me until we found the perfect fit. She never made me feel rushed and truly cared about getting it just right. Overall, the team here is amazing, definitely some of the best people I’ve come across.

This was my third visit to this James Avery location, and unfortunately, nothing has changed. The customer service at the pickup counter has been consistently rude and unwelcoming. During my most recent visit, Jackie A. was dismissive, had an attitude, and didn’t even answer the simple question I asked. I understand everyone has bad days, but that’s no excuse for treating customers with disrespect. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple poor experiences, I can’t recommend this location. Management should seriously address the lack of professionalism and customer service.

Evelyn at the door was so cute and helpful 😍. Ayanna at the register was just a ray of sunshine 🌞, very patient with us and also very helpful. Jazmine L was friendly and professional 😊. Then Ms. Jackie was AWESOME, very enthusiastic and helpful 🤩. What a great shopping experience we had. 8 charms, 1 charm ring, 2 charm bracelets and 1 charm necklace. Everything was ready the next day for pickup. This location ROCKS!!!!!!

Went there today to add charms and ended up purchasing another charm to add on! Dorianne was so pleasant and sweet and helped me style my bracelet in a different way than I thought I could! I love this James Avery location!
