Japanese Auto Services

Took my Scion Tc in for what ended up being a full transmission rebuild. Jay was patient and clear in his communication. He walked me through the various options we had in fixing my input shaft bearing and other transmission issues with the pros and cons of each. He also sent updates and pictures as they started to talk apart the transmission He even washed my car and waxed the tires before handing it back. The car drives great now. Excellent customer service and I would be coming back if needed.

I can’t recommend this mechanic shop enough. Honest, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with respect and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The quality of work was outstanding and my car has been running better than ever since they worked on it. What really stood out to me was their integrity and professionalism—those are hard qualities to find in the automotive industry these days. They got the job done in a timely manner, their pricing was fair, and the customer service was top-notch. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and the work they do. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic who knows what they’re doing, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family. Thank you Ross!

This shop did. Good job for me. I had an intensive bit of regular maintenance due, and they thoroughly diagnosed the issues and worked really efficiently. They even took care of some things without charging anything for it. I'm not saying this will be your experience, but it seemed to me like they don't mind taking care of quick, little things and trying to keep your expenses under control. I felt like I got very good value for the service, and I will be giving them more business in the future. Plus the yard cat, Clutch, she is really sweet, and that generally means that people there are being very good to her. So, good natured animal lovers fixing my car. I think that scores highly for merit.

My wife’s 2015 Toyota Prius AC would works and the randomly not work, called up Japanese auto services to see how much a AC recharge/inspection would cost, spoke to Ross, was quoted $60. Cake there, took about 20min and Ross had the AC …

He answered all my questions with patience and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Jay if you visit!
