Japanese Head Spa

Visited Japanese Head Spa AZ for a bachelorette party in March and they were extremely communicative from day one of me inquiring. Amazing response time, so thorough and detailed, and booking was a breeze with the link they provided. The morning of our appointment, one of the girls at the head spa had an urgent situation come up and the team reached out early to keep us updated. They still moved things around to fit us all in and didn’t put a damper on our day whatsoever. I was with Jaylene who was so fun, did an amazing job explaining everything, and even made sure our party had plenty of prosecco during the entire visit. We got to play our own music and pretty much had the place to ourselves. It was by far the most memorable part of our weekend. If I lived in Scottsdale, I genuinely think I’d come here at least once a month. This is the best kind of self care a girl could ask for and as someone who hates washing their own hair, this was INCREDIBLE and unbelievably relaxing. Thank you to everyone at Japanese Head Spa for going above and beyond!!!

I had such an amazing experience with Cassie at the Japanese Head Spa! From the moment I walked in, I felt so relaxed and taken care of. The entire experience was incredibly calming and honestly felt like the perfect reset. Cassie took the time to listen to all of my hair and scalp concerns and addressed everything with so much care and knowledge. She also taught me so much about my scalp and how to properly care for my hair at home, which I really appreciated. My hair felt so smooth, hydrated, soft, and healthy afterward, and my scalp felt completely refreshed. I learned things I had never known about taking care of my hair, and I left feeling not only relaxed but also more confident about my hair-care routine. Cassie was absolutely wonderful, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for relaxation, healthier hair, and an amazing overall experience. I can’t wait to come back!

I have been meaning to come here for the longest time and today was the day I decided to take care of myself. I had the most wonderful and relaxing experience at Japanese Head Spa AZ! Courtney took such great care of me, and Cassie was wonderful as well. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They took their time evaluating my scalp and explaining everything throughout the process. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and I loved being able to see the before-and-after images of my scalp. The improvement was amazing and really showed the difference the treatment made. The attention to detail, professionalism, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. That was my first time going to a head spa. I came with my sister for my birthday. It was an incredible experience from start to finish. So relaxing and such amazing customer service. Place is so nice, clean and aesthetic. Jaylene took such great care of me, can’t wait to go back!
