This location was very nice, and was surprised to learn that they celebrate engagements with drinks! That’s really cool! Shardae, who helped us through the whole process, had such wonderful service. She really knew what she was talking about, and was happy to share any tips about selecting the right band and gem shape to go with my engagement ring. The service was very personable and we could tell she really cared to make sure we got rings that we would love for a whole lifetime. Today, my husband, my 4-year-old son, and my 1-year-old daughter accompanied me to this jewelry store to get our rings cleaned and find something special for our 10th anniversary. The ladies there were incredibly patient and attentive, especially with our kids. They listened to my preferences without rushing me and helped us find the perfect ring. They even sat on the floor with me, entertaining my daughter while we searched for the perfect piece. They treated us like family and made us feel comfortable. I highly recommend this store because of their amazing staff. The ladies there were so patient with me and my kids, and they were very professional while dealing with a family with little ones.
