After being part of many real estate transactions, Jason was the best agent I've had the pleasure to represent me. I had four single family investment homes in the Dallas-Fort Worth market to sell and he coordinated every step of the process with an extremely high level of professionalism and skill and provided exceptional customer service. Starting with marketing the properties as both individual and a portfolio sale, he worked closely with my property manager and the tenants to prepare the homes for photography and listing. For each home, there was a lot of negotiation with the buyers and Jason consistently offered invaluable counsel. He struck the right balance between my desire to sell the homes quickly while getting the highest price possible. He guided me through an insurance claim for my roof that was critical in pushing the sale through. I had 100% confidence when Jason gave me advice on what to accept from the buyer and when to push back. Jason was also very responsive and stayed on top of the sale every step of the way. We live two hours apart, but he would often call after hours or on weekends to make absolutely sure the sales process was kept moving along. I highly recommend Jason to anyone who wants a top notch realtor by their side through what can be a strenuous, complicated process.

If I had to sell or buy a home I would defiantly recommend Jason Reynolds. He sold our home in record time ( 3 days). He always returned our calls/text/emails in a timely manner. He helped us every step of the way to make things go as smooth as possible. It's never easy trying to look and purchase a house while not even in the same state. I was referred to Jason through an ex-coworker and was a little hesitant about trying to start the process of buying a house while I wasn't even in the same state. But after five minutes on the phone with Jason, I felt very comfortable and confident in his work ethic to make this transition easy for me and my family. Too many times there are people that will try to fluff a situation like mine just t make a sale and not have our needs come first but Jason was very honest about how we should proceed. He made sure that I knew how the housing market was in certain areas I was looking at. When my wife and I were finally able to make the 18 hour drive to Burleson, Jason was fully prepared to spend an entire day showing us about 10 houses. After we looked at the one my wife wanted, he made sure that our offer was where it needed to be to ensure it was strong enough to be accepted. Once the offer was delivered, he was in constant contact wth us until the day we closed. I'm pleased with Jason's work ethic and attentiveness for our needs and would highly recommend him to others.
