JBT Auto Shop

I brought my daughter’s car due to her experiencing pulling to the right and tire screeching. After a short drive it was quickly identified that she needed an alignment. They were able to get her car in right then and was done in 1.5 hrs. They also completed a free diagnostic to ensure there were no other issues and fixed the sensor lights that had been on for five years. Don’t judge this place on its outside appearance. They do amazing work and have fair pricing. What I paid I know would have been tripled at the dealership or another automotive company.

DO NOT COME HERE!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is straight up dishonest. I paid $598 upfront for a NEW OEM starter for my Honda Crosstour. After making me wait days, they suddenly tried to upsell me a radiator, which I agreed to. Then before even finishing, they claimed my car still wouldn’t start and tried to push an alternator replacement too. I took my car to AutoZone — alternator was completely fine. Meanwhile, my car still had the SAME issue I came in with. Then my engine starts SMOKING (which never happened before). I take it to Honda, and they immediately point out the “new” starter looks old and used. I go back to this shop while my car is literally smoking, and instead of taking responsibility, they blame an “oil issue,” try AGAIN to push an alternator, and then try to charge me $140 for an oil cap. Then this man has the nerve to pull up MORE starters for me to buy — after I already paid for one. Only after I went off did they admit the starter wasn’t new and finally replace it correctly—after wasting my entire day. I genuinely felt taken advantage of as a woman coming in alone. On top of that, I even watched them charge another customer $25 just to take his own old battery back. I will also be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. They will lie, upsell you on things you don’t need, and try to pass off used parts as new. Avoid this place unless you want to be scammed.
