I don’t know if there was something in the air at this salon but wow. I dismissed the few negative reviews when I booked my appointment. Don’t make the same mistake - pay attention to how many people have marked the negative reviews as helpful. I was bleeding from my left ring finger and thumb cuticle area. You can’t tell from the pictures because the nail tech wiped the blood away so many times. I tried to wince and pull away slightly to let her know she was cutting too far up but each time she looked at me and then continued doing exactly what she was doing. At one point the electric file rolled around my entire finger. My nails were bulky at the tip, had divots mid nail, and jagged edges. There was nail product stuck to the skin underneath some of my nails. I had to coach my tech through replicating the design, and even then, the design was pretty off. The whole thing took 2 hours and 15 minutes but I tried to make the best of it by chatting with my nail tech. She was nice enough, but I was shocked by her pressuring me to tipping more at the end. The total came to $87 and I paid $90 in cash because I didn’t feel that the quality of work deserved more. As she was counting up the cash my nail tech taps the bill on the recommended tip amount and asks for a tip. I explained that I had tipped, just not the recommended amount. She decides to point at the recommended amount again! I explained myself again, and asked if that amount was required or recommended. She then shooed me off with her hand. What a crazy experience! All pictures are from the same day as the appointment. Do with this information what you will, fellow citizen. Edit: stars changed because they reached out to offer a refund or redo. I appreciate that they followed up.

Horrible experience. They cut my cuticles again & again. Blamed me for their shoddy work. I have never come out of a nail appointment visibly shaking. I just wanted to leave every second of my manicure. Extremely rough & I basically got barked at by the guy who pretended to be nice but then got increasingly annoyed as he didn’t like the work he did & had to redo. Being cash only and forcing people to use the atm is basically scamming. Do not go here.

I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon! I visited while on a trip, and this place gave me such a sense of relaxation and peace. I got a simple manicure, so I wasn’t expecting a ton, but it included an amazing back massage, so I left feeling very pampered and loving my nails — all for $23 + tip! My nails have lasted much better than expected too. These pictures show one week after my manicure, and I’ve even been hiking in the woods the past few days and fairly rough on my nails. Very impressed! I would definitely visit again when I’m in town.

Jay is beyond AMAZING. While I was looking at inspiration pictures, he was so helpful and recommended funny bunny OPI and bubble bath OPI to obtain the shade I wanted. He is so thorough and gives the best massages! Highly recommend booking an appointment with him—you will not be disappointed!!
