I have been using Jeff's since I've moved back to Texas about 4 or 5 years ago and even though I live in Houston now Iake the drive to Spring just for them. They embody what pharmacies used to be and a role model for the rest of you.... especially the chain pharmacies (no explanation needed)

The pharmacist was confrontational and accusatory. Carelessly offensive. I stayed composed and respectful. The mistake was made by the third party. Not me or the pharmacy. She didn't bother to sort through the confusion/problem. Instead she continued to be accusatory, abrasive and cold. I would not want this person dealing with my medicine. She handled the situation poorly. 6/30/26

Updated Review – Monday 12/01/2025 Today I received a call from Jeff TopCare Pharmacy regarding the recent miscommunication. I can’t recall the name of the lady who called, but she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely willing to make everything right. She even offered to have my prescription delivered to my home as a courtesy, but I chose to come in person instead. When I arrived around 12:40 PM, Victoria came from the back to greet me. She explained that she was new and apologized again for the miscommunication. As an additional gesture of apology, Jeff the pharmacist personally came out and offered my prescription at no charge. I declined anything free because I truly support this pharmacy and the work they do—but I am deeply grateful for their kindness and sincerity. Their actions today are exactly why I’m taking the time to update my review. They are some of the kindest, most genuine people, and I truly felt their goodwill through their actions. Jeff’’s Topcare Pharmacy lived up to their motto Trust, Care, Compassion… 10 out of 10 I recommend.. Initial review……., On November 27, 2025, I called to order the compound cream I’ve been using for over two years. I spoke with Victoria who was very kind. She explained that payment was needed before the cream could be made, which I understood. I provided the last four digits of my card, and she told me the cream would be ready on Friday before 4 p.m. When I arrived around noon on Friday, the cream was not ready at all. The tall Caucasian woman working was very productive and doing everything she could — I truly appreciate her effort. However, the older lady frustrated me. She saw me standing there yet told the tall woman to tell me that I needed to make a payment before they could start the compound, even though I had already handled all of that over the phone on Wednesday. Then the older lady proceeded to tell me that my cream would now be ready on Monday — and that neither she nor the other employee on duty had the license to prepare it. Which 2 forms of payment is on file. I paid please see for further details the receipt listed 👇 below. She offered delivery for $7, but absolutely not. Look, little lady, I’ll be back Monday. I am not risking receiving the wrong cream. I’d rather pick it up myself. I truly enjoy supporting mom-and-pop businesses, and I want to continue doing so. But this experience was disorganized and frustrating. Please tighten up the communication and workflow. Pray fully my cream will be ready Monday. I’ll see how things go.
