Long overdue 5-star review - my friends and I have been visiting this wonderful Jewelry store for many many years. Their kindness and patience make each visit memorable and their wide selection as well as custom creations are top notch. I always get compliments whenever I wear the pieces I get there. I recently had my wedding band made and designed by the team at Jewelry art center. I had inherited two family rings, neither of which fit my finger or my style, and I wanted to honor my family while putting my own spin on things. I brought them in to see about melting them together and redesigning them. Alex was amazing: He listened well and told me what was possible, what would be difficult (given the diamond size, amount of material in both rings), and clearly explained any tradeoffs between design and functionality (how ring thickness affects the feel on your finger, how engraving affects wear and tear). He even helped me translate my rough design ideas (‘something wavy with vines) into a few drafts of different designs. The whole time he was friendly, professional, patient, and kind. The final product turned out amazing - something I’m proud to wear and that looks and feels perfect. I’d highly recommend Jewelry Art Center to anyone looking to buy or adjust their jewelry!

My fiancee and I had a very specific vision of her engagement ring's stone that turned out to be rather difficult to find in the real world. We embarked on a long journey with Emily, who helped answer all of our questions about how to get the right shape, cut, and shade in a durable stone with a reasonable price. She helped us locate a vendor who could create our customized stone, then finalized the design of the setting for us herself. We couldn't be happier with their service, nor the final result.
