I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. They had an amazing selection of both natural and lab-grown diamonds, and helped me create a custom ring that is absolutely stunning. Alon was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which made the whole process enjoyable. I get compliments on my ring all the time and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality jewelry and exceptional service.

It’s been almost 3 years since we bought my nephews necklace Alon went out of his way to give us opinions and he listen to what we wanted. He wears it every day and it’s such a beautiful piece we get compliments everywhere he goes.. it looked great paired with his other chains/necklaces. Last week I went into Jewelry Depot wanting a unique piece but didn’t have my mind set on anything specific. I typically like going into new stores just to see what stands out. I've had several past experiences where I go in to browse and get hounded by pushy and aggressive staff. Many of them also act like they are annoyed to explain things to me in detail. Jewelry Depot could not have been more different. The family-owned vibe shows and I’ve never felt so comfortable picking out a piece. Boryana and Zaid each helped me find this one-of-a-kind bracelet and I love it! Shout out to you both for showing me around!! They each ran me through several options and took the time to explain the differences between each style. In the past, I've walked in a store to browse and after no more than 2-3 minutes get grilled by staff and turned off. Zaid initially greeted me and asked what he could help me with and then gave me the time to look at my own pace before coming back and answering all my questions. Boryana helped me make my final decision once I got it down to two bracelets. Really appreciate her honest opinion about what looks best on me! She is great!! This is a very impressive store – they are all so kind and know their stuff! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to deal with genuine people that care about you finding the right piece! The folks at Jewelry Depot are always amazing. I just had my wedding ring repaired and they did a flawless job of replacing the missing balls between the rings and then finishing the posts that ho through the rings. Excellent repair work only exceeded by the amazing service. They are the only people I trust with my jewelry.
