i had a wonderful experience here! i booked my wife a appointment for her birthday and jazmin the owner took so much care of her! her lashes were so amazing, the salon was so clean and the vibe was refreshing! i definitely will be continuing to send her here in the future! ‼️

Don't go here yall, the lash tech Jazmin was late and then started talking to me with an attitude like I'm somehow at fault. The whole appt she was talking to someone else about other customers and laughing at them. They initially turned out somewhat alright... but at that point I was getting uncomfortable and wanted to leave so I paid what they were overcharging and got out. Next morning I found several clusters of lashes on the pillow with a few more after washing my face... disappointed would be an understatement :/

Jazmin provides a very inviting and comfortable environment. She is extremely professional and is the best lash tech the city has to offer. I refuse to go anywhere else to get my lashes done!

Horrible customer service from start to finish! Lash tech arrived 30 minutes late and did not let me know she was going to be late until about 7 minutes before the start time of the appointment and one of her policies is literally to arrive early to park so I was there early. After leaving work early to make it on time for nothing. Another one of her policies states basically that if you are late the deposit submitted will be forfeited. All fairness my deposit should have been refunded to me for the inconvenience of my appointment starting 30 minutes late because if it was the other way around JNbeauty would have cancelled my appointment per her policies. Not only was she late but she also stated she could not talk as much because she might have been coming down with a sore throat but JNbeauty did not wear a mask which I believe should be worn regardless of how she was feeling for safety reasons. I personally did not see her apply any hand sanitizer or smell any which was also a concern. Also when the other lash tech arrived she had no problem with talking with her and no problem while on her phone talking very clear stating that with some clients she likes to talk on the phone. JNbeauty made me feel very uncomfortable. I paid $190 for a basic lash install plus $20 for lash cleaner and horrible customer service! Rules & regulations should be held to all parties to run a professional business. Obviously I will not be a returning client and this post is just to warn other hard working people about the service I receive after spending my hard owned money.

Jasmine have been my lash tech for over 3 years now and I would not go to anyone else. She is very professional and a very detailed person. She knows how to do sets that fit your eye and needs as requested. I mean get compliments everywhere I go for the past 3 years about my lashes. The salon is clean and a friendly environment. Thank you for the Amazon work you do!
