John Pham Insurance Agency - Smart Universal Insurance

Poor communication led to a 60 day gap in coverage as the agent failed to inform me that his company would not renew a policy without professional liability included. He informed me to at I needed to seek professional liability coverage elsewhere but failed to inform me that his company would not renew the base commercial policy was nice that coverage was obtained. Very terse and annoyed communication even with what little outreach they did do and their outreach was not only not informative but flat out misled me to believe they were caring for my business when in fact they were no longer able to provide me with service.

John Pham was super rude, i bought the car insurance and paid in full for 6 months, after 3 months Progressive Insurance called me, told me i had to pay $200 more, because i have family members residing at my house who are over 16, even though they don’t drive the cars. I called John Pham and asked them why they didn’t inform me about this before I purchased the policy, he was super rude arguing with me, he never accepted that was his staff’s fault or apologized me, which is that’s all i need, he doesn’t need customers, very disrespectful, worst customers service i ve ever seen. Be aware, and stay away from this agent.

Hello, to all future customers or those who have been subjected to unwillingly volunteering to be part of any fraudulent misinformation; I have called this insurance company several times to complain and ask them to STOP allowing a person who does not occupy my home with me to use my address for an insurance policy. Said person is not an occupant / tenant of MY address, however this business has allowed this person to continue to utilize my address for their policy. As much as I have tried to remediate this issue, they simply will do not care. Apparently it is normal business practice and legal for anyone and everyone to select a random address to claim as their address regardless if they are or not. This type of practice is not acceptable. They just care about their volume in productivity and misinformation seems to be the norm. After attempting several times to resolve this issue and allowing them the opportunity, I have had enough of this fraudulent behavior.

I’ve been thoroughly impressed with John and his team. They have provided insurance the last three years and worked very hard to make sure I have named COI’s every time. Thanks for doing a great job.

Wow! I love this agency, this place has such good service. They have over 30 companies to select from, so I didn’t need to call around to shop. They do it every renew for me. This place speaks both english and viet, which is really helpful. Out of everyone of John’s staff, Janet is definitely the most helpful, 10/10 recommend. Been a customer for about 3 years now, John Pham never fails to disappoint! He definitely knows what he is doing.
