Dr. Wang was prompt and prepared for my visit. He evaluated me for a pre-op and was very thorough. I recommend him highly.

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but my experience with Dr. Wang’s office has been frustrating and disappointing. Appointments, whether in person or virtual, often take weeks to months to secure, and that alone makes it difficult to get care when you need it. More concerning, when my specialist requested assistance from Dr. Wang regarding helping her extend my disability, the request was declined due to the “timeline for depression” being outside their scope. This was only months into my recovery and the specialist herself was asking him for assistance while I was under her care. Suggesting that depression or any mental health conditions follow a rigid timeline, particularly in the context of brain injury recovery, reflects a lack of coordination and understanding that felt both dismissive and stigmatizing at the time. More recently, I was denied a 90 day prescription for a medication I’ve been stable on for over 10 years as I prepare to move internationally in a week. After confirming with my insurance and pharmacist that the request was appropriate and ensuring it still followed DEA guidelines (as I’d had this completed my last move years ago), I was told further requests would be ignored by his office. I was only trying to ensure my healthcare is covered until I am able to secure appointments overseas, and was told this is a very standard practice by other healthcare entities. I will now be without medication in a different country within my first month because he refuses to speak with myself or the pharmacist to better understand special circumstance situations. Overall, the lack of communication and coordination has made routine care unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this clinic even for the most basic healthcare needs.

I am very disappointed with my recent visit. I came in for a routine annual check-up, and when you asked if I had any concerns, I briefly mentioned some hand numbness. You did not perform any examination or evaluation, yet the visit was billed as a separate problem-focused appointment. You also prescribed a wrist brace and told me it would be covered by insurance, which was not accurate. When I requested that the charges be corrected, the request was denied — even after I returned the brace unused. Being billed over $200 for 1–2 minutes of conversation feels extremely unfair and misleading. This experience has left me with a very negative impression. NOT RECOMMENDED. I cannot recommend you based on the lack of transparency and unwillingness to resolve an issue caused by the way the visit was handled.

Dr. Wang was wonderful!!! I had already gone to 2 previous doctors without getting a diagnosis for my condition. It was frustrating and I wasn't getting better. When I saw doctor Wang, he listened to my different symptoms, evaluated my situation, typed a long su.mary in his notes, ordered blood work and an ultrasound along with a good medication prescription. I am typing this on the evening of the same day as my appointment. My condition is about 80% better already. Thank you so much Dr. Wang. You have truly helped me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wang for a few years, and drive from Los Angeles to Orange County to see him for my appointments. Dr. Wang is always attentive and ask a lot of questions regarding my physical health. When I go to my appointments he is well versed on my condition and is updated on my health history and reviews all my medications with me. I am pretty lucky to have a Great and caring doctor!
