They had everything. The Korean guy was really nice and approachable, his accent was flawless we greeted in Korean language. It's a really nice place that has all you need hair( ladies and Men) perfume that smells really nice.😊

I have been a loyal customer of Joe Bella for years, but after my recent experience, I will NEVER return. I purchased a human hair ponytail for $60. When my stylist attempted to attach it, she immediately realized it was too short for what I needed. She removed it right away and placed it back in its original packaging. It was never worn, never styled, and absolutely was not sprayed with any product. When I returned to the store, I wasn’t even asking for a refund. I simply requested an exchange for a longer ponytail. The woman behind the counter refused and claimed the hair had been used and sprayed, which was completely untrue. I explained exactly what happened, but she would not listen. I offered to call the stylist so she could speak to her. She refused. I was disappointed not only by the refusal to exchange the item but also by being accused of something that never happened. After years of shopping here, this experience has completely changed my opinion of this business. Based on how I was treated, I can no longer recommend Joe Bella. If customer service and fair treatment are important to you, you may want to shop elsewhere. Update: I went to A&E Beauty Supply in Pearland today and had a wonderful experience. Excellent customer service!

They were rude to a lady and her 4yr old. The baby just needed to use the restroom apparently during the course of moms shopping but dide and older woman were RUDE and ridiculous to them after asking...the customer gave them a piece of her mind(rightfully so) and stormed out and vowed to never return Well ladies and gentleman...so did i.... right behind them. Have not been back since Besides...WeBuyBlack! Is the best guarantee to being treated like humans and shown proper resect!!!!!!!!

⚠️⚠️ ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! ⚠️⚠️ The man was insanely rude to me AND my mother. He sold us a pitiful bag of HUMAN hair costing us 39.99 a bag. Not even a WEEK later… The hair matted up like it was synthetic hair. Then we went to 💕💕💕 Supreme Beauty 💕💕💕 and sold us SYNTHETIC hair costing us 24.99 and it still looks beautiful! That man is too rude and gets mad whenever someone speaks to him😒. Like, sorry you work there…. In the current climate… you’d think people would want to be more friendly to each other. Whatever happened to being kind to your customer?? I’m deeply disappointed in this store.😔

Rude Asian lady at front desk refuses to help look at wigs. Took almost 30 min after I brought wigs to counter to get any help and the black girl helping was mean. Will not return and I had been a previous customer. No wonder the place was empty but when time came to check out there was a line all of a sudden.very poorly run operation, looks like they're shutting down going out of business soon like many others. Customer service thats good is obsolete, it's a thing of the past. Never to return.
