So far, so great! I'm a new rental resident and I reached out on Sunday afternoon/evening to report an important, but non-emergency repair needed. Tony arrived the next day by 2pm and completed not only the repair I requested, but a last minute fix I remembered by 4:15 or so! Tony is fantastic, amazing, just wonderful! He's professional, respectful, efficient and kind. I requested that he be my repairman for any future needs. Marisol was great with coordinating everything and getting me scheduled and keeping me posted. We only texted, but she seems lovely. I've rented quite a lot, as our work makes us pretty transient. It hasn't always been a positive experience as a renter. I'm very impressed with (and so grateful for) JR Realtors. They hit a home run right out of the gate! Way to go!
