JSI European Specialist

I recently took my 2012 Mercedes-Benz C300 with nearly 195,000 miles to JSI European Specialist in Orlando, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Finding a repair shop you can trust—especially for a high-mileage Mercedes—is not always easy, but the team at JSI exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding. They took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the recommended repairs without any pressure or upselling. What impressed me most was their knowledge and expertise with European vehicles. My Mercedes is approaching 200,000 miles, and they treated it with the same level of care and attention as a much newer vehicle. The repairs were completed professionally, and the car is running smoother and more confidently than it has in a long time. The communication throughout the process was excellent, the work was completed in a timely manner, and the entire staff was friendly, honest, and professional. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and customer-focused European auto repair shop in the Orlando area, I highly recommend JSI European Specialist. They’ve earned a customer for life.

Excellent experience! They resolved an AC issue on my Mercedes after another shop had attempted three times to find the problem. JSI European Specialists were able to get me in same day, quick turn around, affordable pricing, and great service. All around fantastic experience.

Dylan is a true professional and a stand-up guy. He thoroughly diagnosed my vehicle, clearly explained every issue, and helped me put together a plan to tackle the most critical repairs first. His straightforward approach and expertise made the whole experience stress-free. If you own a BMW, this is absolutely the place to go hands down.

They are honest, and Dylan provided outstanding customer service. He took the time to explain everything, kept me informed, and made the entire process easy and stress free. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable European car repair in Orlando.
