Juan Sanchez, Skyline Properties

Juan is probably the best real estate agent you will ever find! He helped my family purchase a townhouse in Seattle and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. One thing that really stood out was how he helped us negotiate a much lower price on the home after identifying issue with the roof the seller wasn’t aware of. That alone saved us a significant amount of money that we can now use on repairs and showed just how much he looks out for his clients. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and explains everything clearly, which made the process so much less stressful. Juan will always put his clients first, and will do anything he can for their best interest. I hope to work with Juan again in the future myself but in the meantime I highly recommend anyone to choose Juan as their real estate agent. It will be one of the best decisions you will ever make!

Juan is an incredible realtor. As a former coworker, I already knew he was dependable, but he truly exceeded my expectations when he helped me sell two manufactured homes back to back. He handled everything with professionalism and care, kept me informed, and made the entire process completely stress-free. I honestly didn’t have to worry about anything — he took it all off my shoulders. I highly recommend Juan to anyone looking for a smooth and successful real estate experience.
