I came in this morning for an acrylic take off, my daughter has been here before multiple times, and she recommended it to me. When I got to the register to pay the screen said $15 and the employee Anna who did my nails said hold on as I went to tap my card and increased the price to $35. This confused me as it's listed on the services the acrylic take off is $15 and up, I didn't get anything additional done other than the take off just like my daughter does and she always pays $15. I mentioned this to the employee, and she brushed me off and said that's the price, nothing else. I paid the $35 and left confused. I returned about 5 hours later with my daughter and we spoke to Anna again, asking why I was charged $35 when I didn't get anything other than just the acrylic removal done. My daughter explained to Anna that she's been to the salon multiple times for just acrylic removal, and the price is always $15 because she doesn't get anything additional added, just like what I got done earlier in the day and I got charged $35. Anna wasn't able to offer an explanation as to why the price was $35 to me or my daughter and refused to refund me. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said they were not available, when I asked her to call the manager on the phone, she said no. Me and my daughter will not be returning.

Loved this place! Super clean, great service, and my nails look amazing. The staff is so nice and really takes their time. Definitely one of my favorite spots now!

I don’t usually review places, but I did not like my service here. I had previously come here to get a mani+pedi for a special event and had the manicure chip within half a day. Most recently I came here for just a manicure and had a tech file too roughly multiple times resulting in multiple cuts seen below. She continued filing the bleeding areas even after I asked to just skip over them. I also was not able to get the design that I wanted which is fine in the end, I just wished I had been told it wasn’t possible to do it at the start. Ended up with something very plain that I didn’t love. The services are not cheap and for the subpar experiences I have had, I would not recommend coming here

Been here about 4 times & it’s always been a great experience 😊 Atmosphere is beautiful, clean & relaxing. I’ve had a different person doing my nails every time and they’ve all been really good! Never a bad experience here. They’re also really quick & pretty reasonably priced. Also their massages are always sooo goood🤤🤤
