5 Stars is not enough! This was my first appointment with team, but I will definitely be back! From the front desk with Angela, to John whom serviced my vehicle, and finally speaking with Ryan once everything was complete, this experience was an absolute pleasure. Not only does the team work well together, but it was all seamless. From beginning to end, they work to make sure your experience is a great one, along with providing exceptional service. If you want an honest service along with quality recommendations for future service needed, look no further, you just found them! I'll see you'll again soon. - Michael O.

I had an outstanding experience with Just German Automotive. My car was brought to them by AAA, which saved me a trip and made the entire process completely stress-free. They diagnosed the issue the same day and sent me a text clearly and precisely explaining the necessary work and the cost—something I really appreciated. Since it was Friday, the car stayed at the shop over the weekend. The work was completed early Monday morning, and my car was ready for pickup by 4 PM. The following day, they even emailed me to make sure everything was working properly and that I had no issues with the repairs. Their service was professional from start to finish, communication was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Just German Automotive for their outstanding professionalism, quality service, and customer support!

Absolutely love Just German Automotive! The team is honest, professional, and really knows their stuff. They treated me with respect, took great care of my car, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Definitely a shop I trust and would recommend to anyone!

Went to Just German Auto last week for a service on my 2014 Mercedes E350 and everyone from the front desk to the mechanics were friendly and communicated effectively to me. They found an issue during the service and sent pictures showing me what the problem was along with the quote. The car was repaired in a reasonable amount of time and the price seemed right for what they had to do. I will definitely be using them again and if you have a German vehicle I would highly recommend them !!!!
