Just U Dental - Aurora South

This place used to operate under a different name, and unfortunately, in my experience, the quality of care went downhill after it became Just U Dental. With the name change, many of the staff members I was familiar with left, and it seemed like it was essentially just the main doctor and a much smaller staff. The last time I came in, I already had a feeling it would be my final visit. During that appointment, the dental assistant came in to check whether I had any cavities. While I was laid back in the chair, he was didn't even looking in my mouth, but was "feeling around", I never had a dentist do this. The experience left me so uncomfortable and unimpressed that I chose not to return to have the cavities filled there. Months later, I scheduled a cleaning. The day before my appointment, I received a call asking if I could come in earlier because of an issue with their schedule. Then I received another call telling me that they had canceled my appointment and given my appointment time to someone else. Seriously—what kind of establishment handles patients this way? I decided to go to another dentist. When they pulled up my chart, they noticed that the procedures from this location had been coded in a way they said they had never seen before and raised concerns about how my treatment had been billed to my insurance and it being fraudulent!!!!! They also said that they were giving me unnecessary X rays every time I came in to bill my insurance. Disgusting! That was extremely concerning to hear and made me even more grateful that I decided to leave. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend finding another dental office. Run, don’t walk, from this location.

Love this practice. Just so friendly. From the front desk, to the dental assistants, to the dentists. Special thanks to Arcelia. Arcelia specifically was my dental assistant and she made me feel so welcome, and did an amazing job with my dental work. She made me feel so comfortable, and answered all of my questions. One of the best dental office I have ever been to in Colorado.

Stay away from these liars!!! They lie to get money from you. They tried lying to me and saying that their license requires them to do x-rays …

Love this practice— from the front desk to clinic. The staff is amazing and very kind. I’d like to give a big shout out to Dr. Bell. She did such a fantastic job on fixing my front tooth. I wasn’t 100% happy with the way my tooth looked before seeing Dr. Bell. When I came in to have some work done, we discussed my concerns and she did a fabulous job. She was a great listener and she made feel very comfortable. My smile looks beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend. Before picture and after pics are posted below.

I previously left a negative review after experiencing problems with a crown adjustment and a filling that required multiple visits. While my initial experience was genuinely frustrating, I now feel it's only fair to update my review. Looking back, I realize my frustration was likely amplified by previous dental experiences elsewhere, and I wish I had called the office before posting my review. They reached out to me, listened carefully to my concerns, invited me back, and sincerely worked to make things right. No dentist—or any professional—is perfect. What matters is how they respond when something doesn't go as planned. They treated me with respect, took responsibility, and showed that they genuinely care about their patients. That level of accountability earned my trust. While everyone may have different opinions about the treatment itself, I can confidently say they stand behind their work and are committed to their patients. For that reason, I am happy to update my review and thank them for the care and professionalism they showed.
