K&G Fashion Superstore

Teegan and Aysha the service rep/manager gave unsatisfactory customer service. I purchased a suit on 11/13/25 at 3:56pm for a business event. I did not try on the garments in the store. I went home removed tag to wear for the event and the pants were too small. I immediately took them off as I could not wear them. I returned to the store to exchange the pants (not the entire suit) for the correct size and they denied the exchange. The cashier told me I had worn the pants and there was no tags. I explained I did not wear the pants and removed the tags to put on the suit to wear, but could not wear the pants and did not. They both would not listen or assist. The so called manager would not come out the office to speak with me and dismissed the exchange. I have spent thousand of dollars here on suits over the years. I recently opened a K&G account on the same day I spent this $180.20. I will not spend money with them anymore due to the poor customer service offered by employees and management, specifically at the Irving location. I left the new pants that were too small there with the cashier and told her they could keep them, along with the money I spent because I could not fit them. Some people don't get it. If I was there to scam or scheme why would I do that?

Cory helped me and my family get the perfect suit for my upcoming event. He made it seamless, stress free, and a lot of fun. Ashley was working at the register and she was very nice and professional. It was all in all a great visit and I will be coming back!

Very dissatisfied went in under false pretenses for Black Friday. The ad online specifically says buy one suit get two free of equal or lesser value after spending a couple of hours trying on suits and picking out three that I really liked I get to the counter in the employee Says that none of the three suits are eligible for that promotion because “the price of the suit has to be over $200 for each one.” Not one employee said anything about this until you get to the register. I have no problem spending $200 for Suit, but who has the time to pick out three more suits that are $20 more expensive than the ones that I’m trying to get ($180) I love KNG but this was very misleading.l attached screenshot of the promotions online and the one that was texted which specifically say equal or lesser value so I don’t understand why all three of the suits had to be over $200. I get marketing techniques, but please be more transparent next time or have employees advise customers beforehand

I went to K&G on Sunday March 1st to buy a Jacket to mix & match, pants a couple shirts. I approached Corey about sizing me up, he looked at me and told me my exact size bc when I tried on the Jacket it fit perfect! I asked about the shirts and he took to the shirts, picked out three shirts, one tie that matched with all three shirts. At this time he hasn’t pulled out a measuring tape. Then picked out the pants and said those are the sizes you need. I went to the fitting room and it all fit me perfect and really set me up for all three meetings. To top it off he picked me out some socks that matched with all three combinations. Corey picked out three sharp outfits in a matter of minutes! He saved me a ton of time that I would have spent otherwise measuring and picking things out. Corey knows his store and his sizes just by giving you a look! Corey, thank you for all your help!! You saved me so much time and walked out confident I’m going to look good at my meetings!! If you go to K&G, ask for Corey and he will sort you out good!! Next time I need another jacket/combo, I’m heading straight to you Corey!! That’s excellent customer service!! Thanks again, Corey!

OMG , best customer service ever Rose what's just a sweetheart. She was so good and a tent to detail she got everything that I needed to me and then when I got to the register, Ashley had an outstanding personality and great customer service Best K & G store i've ever been to Thanks for what you guys do
