My ToyotaCare has expired, and I was looking to get maintenance done on my 2024 Camry. I was a bit nervous about using an independent shop for the first time rather than going directly to a Toyota dealership, but Austin made my experience well worth it. From the point of when I inquired about a quote, he reached out promptly and drafted up a potential checklist of services I would most likely need. He assured me that they would conduct a thorough full-point inspection first to see what all actually needed to be worked on and if there were any other concerns. During the process, he made sure to inform me about my vehicle’s condition in great detail and was able to answer all of my questions without getting annoyed. Wonderful customer service, I will be coming back to this shop for my next maintenance checkpoint.

Great shop, great people! I checked around to find a shop to do some suspension work on my M3, and I'm glad I found K3S Motorsports. Eric is very responsive and takes time to discuss options, and Andrew knocked out the work quickly. Going the extra mile was the big deal, though. Eric personally put in a call to Ground Control about swapping camber plates that we had a miscommunication on, and Andrew made sure to ask about preventative maintenance items that are common with e46s, as well as catching a couple of leaks that I forgot to mention when I dropped the car off. I'll definitely be back at K3S with both my M3 and 944 for future work!

2004 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 manual transmission, bought from original owner, quarter million miles. Danny and the guys there did great work and delivered excellent customer service on my clutch replacement, head gasket repair, oil pan leak, CV axles, sway bar, etc. Will return in the spring for AC related repairs.
