I’ve been going to Kaleido since Serena joined the team (since she’s the only one I trust to touch my hair since moving to TX in 2021) and both the studio AND Serena’s services are top notch. The booking process is super easy, the prices are a little higher than chain salons but so so so worth it. I love going to Serena, she’s not only an amazing cosmetologist but an amazing person. I appreciate her openness and her honesty when it comes to what would look best with my hair style, face shape, lifestyle. I enjoy getting my hair done at a nice, clean, professional salon by an amazing, talented and professional stylist.

I recently started going to Serena, and I couldn't be happier! She gave me the most incredible color and style. She understood that my hair had previously been blonde and highly processed so my main focus was keeping it healthy. Her expertise and attention to detail made all the difference. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic hair transformation.

This was my first time at the salon and getting my hair done by Hannah and let me just say I was extremely impressed! The salon itself was very clean and everyone I encountered was extremely kind and polite. I loved how people were very friendly even though I was not their client. The overall vibe of the salon was welcoming and upbeat, which I appreciated. Hannah did such a great job clarifying on exactly what I wanted my hair to look like and set the expectation of what her services consisted of right off the bat. She was so funny, sweet, and encouraging! She was so professional and down to earth and made my overall experience the bes!!! I will 100% be coming back to the salon and specifically asking for Hannah!!!!
