Working with Karen is great. From the beginning to end, she continues to work with us through finding homes, price range, and the closing process. She is very patient and responsive. As we are first time homebuyers, there was a lot of complex terminology but she explained thoroughly for us to understand. Her schedule flexibility and communication for discussions is very helpful as our availability is limited at late evening hours. Throughout the process, she follows up in a timely manner, alerting us of updates, important information to remember, and tasks to complete. Karen was a great realtor to work with. As a first time homebuyer, she offered to be our buyer's agent for a condo she was showcasing on Redfin. She gave us an hour of education via zoom to make sure we knew what we were getting into to make an initial offer. Even though we did not have enough money to outbid higher offers on that condo, she was patient and recommended other similar ones in our price range. Eventually we were able to find the perfect condo in a much better location. Thanks to her quick responsiveness we were able to close very fast on a property that had competitive offers. Would highly recommend her as a buyer's agent. She was extremely accommodating to take phone calls and meet late in the day to work around our busy work schedules.
