⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give 6 stars, I would! I've been with State Farm for decades and, through moves over the years, have worked with five different agents across four different offices. Kathy Buzalsky's office is one of the best experiences I've had, and Shalinda has been absolutely outstanding. Moving from Florida back home to Oregon was a major life transition, and Shalinda and the entire team made transferring my policies between states effortless. They found me very competitive rates for both my auto and renter's insurance, and what impressed me most was that they continued looking for ways to lower my premiums even after everything was already in place. Their support really shined during my cross-country drive. I was involved in a no-fault accident, and Kathy's office stepped in and handled the details I couldn't manage from the side of the road. Instead of spending hours chasing insurance companies and playing phone tag, I was able to stay focused on safely completing my journey. Their relationships with Fix Auto and Enterprise Rent-A-Car made the repairs and rental car process incredibly smooth and virtually stress-free. Every interaction has been friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely caring. It's rare to find a team that combines professionalism with such a personal touch. From the day I left Florida until I was settled back in Portland, they've had my back every step of the way. My experience with Shalina Hollingbery was amazing. She helped me evaluate our coverage needs and provided excellent recommendations for multiple properties and vehicles. Even though I added umbrella and personal article policies-plus earthquake insurance-the cost is less than our current insurance. We have protection that our current carrier never even discussed. I was motivated to shop after having been with the same insurance company for 40+ years but being treated quite poorly, including by the agent/agency. Having a relationship with Shalina and Kathy, via phone and email, plus the background and reputation of State Farm, is really going to give me peace of mind. 10 stars!!

I have to say the customer service can not be beat!! We have 2 vehicles, life, and RV coverage with them. They have been absolutely amazing to work with. Especially Shalina!!
