My experience with Kay Jewelers started off a little stressful, as I was searching for a wedding band on a very short timeline. With our wedding date quickly approaching, I was understandably concerned about whether the ring would arrive in time, especially since it had to be ordered and sent off for sizing. Thankfully, Yamila and the Kay worked diligently to make sure everything was handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. Both ladies were incredibly communicative and stayed engaged with me throughout the entire process. They consistently reassured me that the ring would be back in time, and I truly appreciated their patience, attentiveness, and willingness to keep me informed every step of the way. Their communication gave me reassurance during a time when I was understandably anxious about the timing. In the end, what started as a stressful situation turned into a positive experience. I’m very grateful to both ladies for their efforts and for helping ensure the wedding band arrived in time for such an important occasion. Thank you, Yamila and Kay, for your care, communication, patience, and commitment to making sure everything worked out. I truly appreciate all that you did to help make this special moment come together.

Better experience than I could have imagined! Teo had my custom wedding band made so quickly and smoothly. He communicated w me every step of the way, I tried on the wax mold, and got my band in perfect timing for my wedding day. Thank you!

My fiancé and I had kind an uncomfortable experience at the international mall Kay jewelers. We had walked in with watches that we were looking to get resized. The watches were not purchased through Kay jeweler, which I was aware could be an obstacle, but I went, and was curious about the possibility as a suggestion from my father who had done so before! Upon asking I was met with three woman, one who started helping us while the two stood behind just staring. She asked the brand, we told her, she then asked to see them which I then said of course. While holding the Fossil watched she asked me the price. I told her it retails for $700 but I bought it for $350. She said “Yeah, sorry, we can’t help you”. I knew it was a stretch since they were not purchased there but it was such an incredibly uncomfortable experience in which we felt we were being judged. Why does the price of the watch effect the ability to size it, genuine curiosity. After that experience we felt so off put and uncomfortable I would never step foot in there again. Which is a shame considering we need to purchase our wedding bands and were planning to do so after inquiring about the watches but felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed that we left. 0/10 I would never recommend, the three woman working made me feel like they would laugh at you for wearing off brand shoes. Do not go here, go to another location!

Gavin did in amazing job helping me picking out birthday gifts for the wife. Was very attentive and courteous. Smiled the entire time
