I had come into the store today for picking up a necklace for my daughter for prom and I was greeted by Madiha, she was absolutely AMAZING from the time I stepped foot in the store! She had such a bright welcoming smile as well and such a wonderful aura to her and my entire experience. The store manager Bill was so helpful as well and worked so well with the other staff and customers within the store. I truly believe I found my Kay’s location for my future purchases. Customer service was horrible. I went on a Sunday & they weren’t busy. Young guy was chasing me for the commission of my purchase I assumed. The woman was semi friendly but gave better service to a couple she had before me that wasn’t buying anything right then and there. Even the male helping a man that came in afterwards seemed irritated that he had to work and was rushing the man. Next time i will just take my chances and order online because no one gave me service worthy of a commission sale
