Kelly's Haircuts

I have been going to Kelly’s since they opened!!! No matter who you have cut your hair they do an amazing job! Ms Kelly is just the sweetest! So proud of this young lady!

I hestitated in reviewing, planned on not saying anything but im at an absolute loss. went in to get long layers on my already short hair and ended up with crazy short hair , thinner out too much . can't style it can't blow it out can't put it in a ponytail now having to look at extensions that cost upwards of $800 very distraught (first photo was before, followed by the after) BEWARE

I got my hair done by this salon the first time today and they did AMAZING!! I unfortunately cannot remember my stylists name but she had an orangish/copper bob and she did exactly what I was wanting! I have very thick hair and wanted to go from past shoulder length to a bixie, and she really made me feel comfortable and knew exactly how to shape thick hair. The pricing is amazing and everyone was so nice! I’m definitely coming back here!

It was not Kelly that cut my hair and she has cut my moms hair before and it was really good idk who cut my hair and its not a bad haircut but if you have curly/wavy hair i would not come here because the person who did my hair obviously did not know how to cut or style curly hair at all but other then that they are ok

I could not believe the customer service that I received... If I could put a 0 star I would. Never going back. Will not recommend anyone here. After waiting for a few minutes, Kelly the owner comes up to me and makes a stank face like doesn't want to help me already and she goes, "so what do you want..?" and I go, "well I don't know who I talked to this morning but I called earlier this morning whenever y'all opened at 10:00 today and I set up an appointment for 4:30 to get my hair bleached all over and then colored burgundy" and she looks at me and goes, "okay can I look at your hair?" And signals me to stand. I stand up and as she's touching my hair and like fluffing it making a stank face and I go, "can you please stop and tell me if you're interested in doing the service and how much it would be because I dont like that." and she goes, "okay well for this it will be $360-390" and I question her and say, "for this short length? just bleached and dyed and she goes, "yeah because your hair is layered and different colors." (Mind you my hair is above my shoulders, layered and it is light brown on the roots and dark brown everywhere else.) I told her I just got it layered here two weeks ago and I came back to get it colored. She then tells me to follow her to the chair and says, "well let me show you what I'm looking at." I follow her and ask again, "please just tell me if you're interested in doing the service?" She then shoves a mirror in my face multiple times, telling me to sit down. I then tell her to stop and say nevermind then i walk out. I have never felt so embarrassed before.. i will no longer recommend this business to anyone... + A similar situation happened a couple of years ago I went to get my hair cut, bleached and highlights and it was around $300.
