I had an amazing experience at Kim Nails and Lash! I booked a classic pedicure and a gel manicure, and my nail technician, Viola, did a fantastic job. She was meticulous in her work, transforming my rough, almost manly-looking nails and hands into something beautifully feminine and classy. Not only is Viola incredibly skilled, but she is also very personable and knowledgeable. She took the time to ensure everything was perfect and made the whole experience enjoyable. I also have to commend how sanitary the place and tools are. I left the salon feeling so much better and more confident! If you're looking for top-notch service and nail tech/nail salons that truly care about their craft, I highly recommend booking with Viola and Kim Nails and Lash. This has been my go to nail spot for the past few years now, usually always has the best nails but these past 2 times have been horrible! They have so many new incompetent workers now! I was there 2 weeks ago to get a pedicure and it wasn't dried all the way, so i had to drive all the way back to get it fixed. To change to gel i had to pay additional $20 for gel which i understand but for the inconvenience should've been discounted at least! I was just there today 5/30 and the lady messed my pedicure up SO bad it looked like a kid did it, seemed like she was training which is fine but she just kept doing it down to the light curing and everything, finally someone else stepped in to 'fix it' and the end result ended up being rushed! I'm attaching pictures of the white pedicure i got that was supposed to be the end result of my nails getting fixed. It's mediocore at best! My pinky toe isn't even fully covered! I'm so disappointed and unfortunately will need to find ANOTHER new nail salon after I thought this was my spot to go. Unfortunately with all the new staff is a waste of time and money!

My friend and I decided to get our nails done after work and stumbled across Kim’s nails down the street from our workplace. It was very convenient for the both of us. Kelly was my nail tech and she did such a fabulous job on my dip manicure and Hanna did my pedicure. Long serviced my buddy’s nails. I’ve found my favorite nail bar! 🫶

Friendly and welcoming customer service. I went here on a whim because of the reviews. They were nice and caring. I was the only customer at the time so that was refreshing. I like my nails, I just think we both forgot about filing down my left side because it is thicker than the right. Update: They saw my review and wanted to get my nails fixed right away! I didn't mind and would have just waited until the nails grew out to go back to them. I love my nails and of course, service was great. 😊 Videos are the fixed nails. I def recommend. Thank you 💗

The staff, Savina, Kim and Long are the dream team! Tried Kim’s Lash and Nails for the first time today based on Yelp reviews and it was great! They spent a lot of time and attention on detail, were very friendly and made my nail design inspo pic a reality. Will 100% be back.
