Kouture Nail Bar

This was a 55 dollar nail set that's supposed to be gel. Its not smooth or nice in any way. Also my nail tech was super rude and wasn't listening to half of what I said. The women and the front greeted us nicely. This might be the worst gel nails I've ever gotten. It's already started to come off and it's super expensive. The guy was rushing and just didn't take his time Ata ll. There's bumps and grooves all over my nails. I'm just very unhappy with my set.

I’m new to the area and was so happy to find this place. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. My nail tech, Thomas, was amazing. He was detail-oriented, patient, and made sure my nails came out perfect. The whole experience was relaxing and exceeded my expectations. It’s hard finding a nail salon you really trust when moving somewhere new, but I can confidently say I’ve found my go-to nail place in Plaza. Highly recommend!

I love this place! They always do me right and are very friendly and kind. The place is very clean and I never feel guilty being picky about my nails or asking for a design. I was new to getting my nails done when I first started going here and they’ve been very welcoming. The prices are pretty reasonable as well—especially for the quality of the nails ❤️

I just left this establishment. I had two very different experiences at this nail salon. My first visit was excellent!! The gentleman who did my pedicure was friendly, professional, and very personable. He took his time, did an amazing job, and made me feel welcome from the moment I sat down. I was so impressed with both his customer service and the quality of my pedicure that I tipped him 25%. Unfortunately, my second visit was the complete opposite. 😕 I came in as a walk-in hoping to see the same technician, but he wasn't available, so I went with another gentleman. From the beginning, the experience felt rushed and unwelcoming. He didn't ask how I liked my water temperature, what type of pedicure I wanted, or even a simple "How are you?" When he asked me to choose a gel polish color and I didn't immediately decide, he seemed visibly irritated. The pedicure itself felt rushed. It seemed like he quickly washed my feet, polished my toes, gave a very brief lotion application and leg massage, and was ready to move on. When I noticed there was still dead skin on my feet and brought it to his attention, his response was, "You come back next time, I'll do it." That was disappointing because I was paying for a pedicure that day, not on a future visit. I actually found myself trying to scrub my own feet afterward because the service wasn't completed to my satisfaction. I know this salon is capable of providing great service because of my first experience, which is why this second visit was so frustrating. Consistency matters. I hope management addresses the differences in customer service and quality between technicians so every customer receives the level of care they are paying for. I live 25 minutes away from this salon & drove past countless other salons because of the service I received here the 1st time.

Cracked nails that aren’t lasting longer than a week. I received a pedicure + added a french tip manicure as well (tips, builder gel in a bottle). Well after 2-days I had cracks in 3-nails on each hand, I travel a lot so I couldn’t come back in for a few days. They graciously fixed them, well a few days later another nail cracked. I am traveling this weekend and am getting the set removed, kind of upset but just wanted to offer feedback. I spent $155.00 and feel like the manicure foundation was an issue, not sure why they are so fragile considering I got a short set. Pedicure was great with T
