Very disappointed with how pricing was handled. My daughter recently had an eye procedure and cannot get her eye wet, so she came in simply to have her hair washed. After washing her hair, they dried it and then told her at the register that the total was $50 — $10 for the wash and an additional $40 just to dry her hair. The frustrating part is that no one told her beforehand that drying her hair would cost an additional $40. She has naturally straight hair and did not ask for a special style or blowout. At the register, they told her that “next time” she should just ask for the $10 wash. That information should have been given to her BEFORE providing a service that added $40 to her bill, not afterward when there was nothing she could do about it. I have no problem paying for services when the price is communicated upfront, but customers should be told when something is going to significantly increase the cost before the service is performed. You can’t exactly “undo” drying someone’s hair once they’re standing at the register. Very poor communication and an unfortunate way to handle a customer.

Left with a really good haircut, that’s the only positive I can give. I paid almost $300 not including tip for a partial highlight and tone. My highlights are not only chunky and have huge disconnect from the lack of blending (very harsh lines where the bleach was placed). But I have what looks like leopard spots all over my hair, especially in the front. Very embarrassed of my hair. Now have to find somewhere else and pay more for a color correction.

Stevie is AWESOME!! She cut and styled my hair and gave me perfectly done highlights. Exactly the way I wanted them to be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND A+ RATING for her. I will definitely be coming back to this location its very hard to find someone like her. Very pleased customer 😀 …

I love Kutz and Style. Chris a a wizard with everything that he touches. He also makes you feel very relaxed and at home when you are at your appointment. His talents as a stylist are just amazing. He is the only person I will come too.

Called to make an appointment for my 13 year old daughter’s hair cut. Was told it would be $18. After a the cut which Jane did not even do the cut the way we described, after we showed her a video and pictures, charges us $55. When asked her for a price breakdown she said the price did not include shampoo and style?!!! You’re telling me $40 for that? My daughter left in tears because it didn’t look the way she wanted it. Augh never coming back to these crooks again! I am so upset with this dishonest business practice. I don’t mind paying the price, but state an accurate price up front and do the cut the way it was asked.
