L'avenir Nails Bar

I normally love this place and have taken my daughter and I several times. We came on Jan. 13 and left very happy. Under a week and a day later my nails started to chip and PEEL. My daughters pedicure ( not photographed) lasted 3 days. I took photos hoping they would honor their work. I am a dentist and when a patient is upset about a filing or needs a redo I redo it and fix the issue ( although rare). Anyways I took photos hoping they would fix it even though I couldn’t come back for awhile. They told me I had to call within a week. I thought a photo would suffice. Anyways they made me wait for 30 min to be seen and then another 20 min to wait after my daughter got her nails redone. They only gave me 20% off. I am very disappointed and will not be returning again. As a busy breastfeeding mom of 2 babies I don’t have time to stand around and wait. They had multiple capable people helping others. It’s sad because they lost a customer. They should have corrected their work and gave me no trouble. Maybe the manager will give me a call.

I love this place. Down to the ambiance, drinks, lighting, and staff. Highly recommend the iced coffee. I plan my appointments around whether or not it’s an appropriate time to get a coffee. I also highly recommend nail artist Holly. She is so talented and creative. She excels at her job because she genuinely cares about the health of my nails. They don’t crack, fall off, or feel too bulky. Go to Holly if you want someone who will care for you nails, do whatever design you’re craving, and adds her own personal creativity and flare. I have been going here for a while and plan on continuing to do so.

Holly is truly THAT GIRL!! 🤩 She is insanely talented at designs and somehow always brings my nail vision to life better than I imagined. Her designs are flawless, her attention to detail is unmatched, and I always leave obsessed with my nails. If you’re thinking about booking.. DO IT! You will not regret it!

Holly is the best!! would recommend she’s very reassuring when i have my twitches making designs harder… but she tells me it’s okay! she’s the sweetest i love her so much as my nails artists she gets my nails done quick without making it look rushed at all! her work is beautifully done.

Love the service at L’avenir!! They do an exceptional job with my daughters’ very specific requests. Holly and Nina are always super friendly and accommodating. Christy manages the salon with outstanding customer service.
