No specific dedicated floor space to comfortably deliver $18 eye brow wax service, though your typical padded chair on rolling wheels is the establishment’s definition of suitability. I am aware I was seen on a walk in basis since no customers before me around waiting to be seen but you do fall short on your $18 waxing experience. I was about to inquire on facial services and happily spend more but after this brief demonstration was enough to imagine the level of hygiene involvement in relation to facial service procedures not to mention I was left wondering if they are certified estheticians. I do not see myself coming back.

I have come here 3 times, and I have to say that my experience was less than satisfactory. My gel manicure felt rushed, sloppy, and the color was applied in a manner that my nails are lumpy looking. The buffing was done extremely superficially, and there are portions of my nail where the color was not applied correctly. The last time I was there, one of my nail techs rushed through my pedicure and caused a cut in my foot. I have come here out of convenience for location, but I would recommend prioritizing another salon for a professional finish.

What an amazing experience I had today. Making an appointment is super easy online but you can call too. This is a gorgeous salon and perfect for coming with 2 or more people, as you could all sit together. Like some say, it’s a little more expensive but the possibilities are way greater and the service is awesome. They offer you water coffee or tea. The lady I had was so so nice and we talked the whole time. She took a lot of care in the process and my dip powder has never looked better! I’ll definitely be back!

First time here . This is a nice salon with many colors/powders to choose from. However, my nails didn't come out how I expected to be. I asked for coffin shaped and long and they are liked ballerina style and short. I noticed lots of bumps from the color and mis-shaped nails. When I looked closer at them. I was pretty disappointed at the amount they charged me. I also got 2 nail designs. The 2 nails design looked horrible. Why put power to put a flower and glue on the diamond. I never had that experience that before. I know they used the clear nail gel to add any design not the power. I am not happy with my nails.

If there were an option to give a negative rating, I would select it. The service I received was completely unprofessional. I booked a full-body waxing service; however, the technician began with my underarms and arms and used a cloth rag instead of a proper waxing strip. The manner in which the cloth was pulled caused significant bruising to my arm, as shown in the attached photograph. This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism and adherence to basic service standards. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others and believe the establishment should review its practices and staff training immediately.
