Had the deluxe pedi and what a treat!! Truly recommended. The hot stone massage is amazing. Then I had a full set with powder dip which was exactly what I wanted. Truly recommend K and L

I had not been here in a while and forgot about the excellent customer service and friendliness of the employees. I have been going to another salon where I am very friendly with all who work there and because I am loyal, would feel like I'm cheating going somewhere else. But I'm about to be a cheater (lol). They do an excellent job and much closer to home. I love the attention and patience they have with my elderly mother who is having memory challenges. To sum it up, these days it is difficult to find caring people even when paying for services; well, L&L Nail Cair provides A+ Customer Service at today's market prices.

Good Day All, I don't write as many reviews as I should understanding values, as well as being in the Retail industry myself. I spend a lot of time with my Uncle aka My O.G. The Mani / Pedi ...oh It's very real with him, as I not so much can't recall my last Ok! Today happened to be the day 😕 I said ok, I'll roll with you. On our way to his regular establishment he noticed "L and L". He peeks into window looks back and says let's see what this is like....Ok!?! We walk in " Unmasked" and a very and I mean ,very personable lady approached us speaking to us like as if she knew who we were when we walked in as in tone and demeanor....Total Ice Breaker. She politely asked us if we had masked and then proceeded to give us the situational rundown in detail if we chose...not pushy or rushed. My Uncle looked at me and I said let's roll he went for his standard Pedicure Station for starters as I was expecting to wait a few for a Mani chair. Not long after I was approached by another very very nice younglady for my manicure. I immediately apologized on approach and didn't hesitate to let her know that her work would cut off for her, I told her that that you may need a saw! She laughed and replied I've seen worse so you can relax. I have to say, it was truly the highlight of my day. Great conversation not just from her but from her colleague. I personally have never felt so comfortable in a Nail Salon whether it for for myself let alone anyone else. There was a review written prior that stressed how this busy has gone to great lengths in taking the necessary steps to protect its clients and I AGREE. They even took our tempature and had us log it individually, that adds value to a service like it or not. I saw another review that said that this place is too expensive, that I strongly DISSAGREE with. I paid $20.00 for my manicure, that the body of work that had to be executed to the transition was reasonable enough that My Uncle and I both left better than expected tips. The younglady that provided my service was "An". An was able to answer the Phones, welcome guests, take payment, and check on my on all providing a miracle for yours truly. I never felt neglected..Whilest watching "Girls Trip"...smh..Yes, Who am I today? I hope this Highly detailed review helps someone in search of and a great community busy driven obviously by some even better people.
