I payed $116 for a pedi and a set of nails gel, the nails weren’t even worth it! She don’t even clean my cuticles off first she just started glueing! I can ultimately say the only best part of my first time experience here was the man who did my pedicure. He was very kind and very gentle with my feet even offered me a drink. I went in for a pedicure and a full set gel as I was getting my pedicure. This lady came and tossed the pillow on my lap, and I was confused that’s to what was happening and she just grabbed my hand and I’m like OK. I guess I will get my set here sitting down in a very uncomfortable angle.. as my pedicure was finished I walked over to her nail station and she began to aggressively file my nails even cut both my pinkies in the process I was bleeding as she was putting the acrylic press on. She was using regular superglue which caused the chemical reaction and all my nail beds were on fire!! on top of that she had super glued her hands in my hand so when she pulled away, she took some of my skin off with her hand!! as she put the acrylic powder on she didn’t even put the powder all the way down to the bed so it looks like I have a set of nails that need to be refilled the same day that I get them done. I have powder flakes stuck inside the gel as well. The nail polish is not even. I have nail polish over my nails onto my skin.

Absolutely loved it !!! Would come back again and again I have always done mine here but never left a review but I brought my babys here and they were amazed with the girls job !! Something they pulled from tik tok and these girls got it done for my babys.

Dear Lee I am writing to you today to address a separate matter entirely, which pertains to a recent customer service experience I encountered. For approximately the past year, I have been a consistent client at a particular local nail salon. Initially, my experiences were largely positive, characterized by satisfactory service and a pleasant environment. However, over the last few months, I have unfortunately observed a notable decline in the overall quality of service and the nature of interactions. A specific incident occurred recently when I attempted to schedule an appointment. Despite having proactively communicated my intended visit dates approximately three weeks in advance, upon calling to finalize the booking, I was informed that they were fully booked and unable to accommodate me. This unexpected refusal to provide service, particularly after I had provided prior notification of my upcoming dates, has been quite disappointing and has left me feeling rather frustrated and upset with Yahi and Daramis Sincerely, Imelda Romo

My favorite nail salon ever!! I began coming to this location in September 2021 and I continue till this day. I always go for the dip powered and pedicure every month. It is such a wonderful serene place, the staff is very welcoming & sweet. I always ask them for color nail advice and they always give me the best choices. They have amazing technique and workmanship. I don't ever see myself going to any other nail salon, but L & L nails. These ladies are true nail artists at their best. It does get super busy in the evenings so I would recommend coming in early morning when it is more relaxed. However, they will always accept walk-ins. This is my lil self - care spot forever. I truly do love 'em so much.

L & L Nail Spa is one of the best nail salons in Irving. I’ve been impressed with how long my gel nails last without breaking. My favorite nail tech is Amber Hung because she’s able to customize your nails the way you want them! All the techs are very kind and courteous. I continue to be amazed by the excellent service and artistry of the nail techs here. I definitely recommend getting an appointment with Amber Hung!
