L & T Nails Spa

My sister and I always come here for a quick walk in they always get us in a timely manner. Customer service is always amazing I tell them what I want sometimes I even show some references photos and they NEVER FAIL to execute my vision!! The actual nails always come out better than the inspo BOOK OR WALK IN NOW !!! Staff is always so nice and friendly absolutely love this nail/spa salon!!!

I absolutely love my nails! Emma was super careful and really took their time. Everything was clean, neat, and done so well. They turned out even better than I expected. Definitely recommend!

Edit: In response to the owner responding to my message. I called the nail salons number listed on Google, not sure how you were on an appt with your Dr. I have had tips in the past, not having them for a year does not excuse the fact that 5 cracked. Nothing and I mean NOTHING was said on my part regarding payment. The tips were cracked and that was most likely due to application. I shouldn't have to pay for them being repaired. I would have happily paid for the design he had to redo and I did tip him for his time which you had me do on Venmo. I sure how he received that! Scheduling an appointment with this nail salon was very easy, which I liked. They had great reviews so I was excited to try them. I got a full Gel X set with design. The tech, who I'm assuming is the owner or at least the manager was very nice and did a fantastic job. Fast forward to 3 days later and 5 nails have cracks in the tips. I called and let the person who answered know. She asked when I wanted to come in to fix them? She didn't sound surprised, she wasn't apologetic, nothing. I wasn't extra hard on my nails I did normal every day stuff I do. Because Gel X is a softer tip I can understand if a tip was too narrow for my nail bed and it cracked from that but 5 nails?! I told her I would be there first thing in the morning when they opened. I got to the salon when it opened. The man was very nice and did a great job replacing the 5 nails. About 30 minutes later the lady who originally did my nails came in. After the man was done she asked him a question about my nails. Even though it wasn't in English I knew because he shook his hair and pointed to the top of his nail. He repeated himself a couple times and kept pointing to his finger so I can only assume he was reiterating that my nails were cracked. The station I was told to sit at when I had to go back was dirty from the day before. Clipped tips were all over the floor, the towel from the day before was on the station with clippings and acrylic drops. The tools from both visits were not clean and rusty. The nail brushes to wash your nails were all dirty and has that reddish algae that builds up at the base. I gave 2 stars because the man to redid my nails was very nice! I will definitely not be going back to that salon.

I got gel nails with a beautiful cat eye base. The strawberry design is absolutely perfect, and they have such an amazing attention to detail. Worth every penny!

I must not have gotten Emma that everyone writes good reviews about. This girl was in such a rush to get my nails done, I was gritting my teeth while she filed then. Never had someone go so hard and unfortunately a few of the nails are not straight. She didn't shape my nail beds or do anything with my cuticles before trying to put on the base color. I had to ask her to do it, which has never happened to me before and seemed odd. 4/6 hearts look perfect. The tips are also not quite straight/even and the nail itself is a bit too thick. Especially right before a holiday, I wish she would've slowed down and did a better job. Overall, I would not come back but I don't hate the nails. The reviews maybe set my expectations too high.
