Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! Do NOT go here. I don’t care how cheap the prices may seem, it’s absolutely not worth it. I went in for a simple hair trim, wash, and blow-dry, and it turned out to be one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. My stylist, Dana, was beyond rude. Not just unprofessional, I mean outright harsh and pathetic in her attitude. From the moment I sat in the chair, she treated my head like it was a mop. No care, no gentleness, just yanking my hair around so roughly that I was literally in pain. At one point, I almost screamed because it hurt so much. There was no conversation, no concern, nothing but attitude and aggression. By the end of it, my hair felt dry, brittle, and completely damaged. I left feeling upset and honestly kind of violated. This wasn’t a haircut, it was punishment. And for what? $65?! That’s not even cheap, and even if it were free, I wouldn’t go back. I usually go out of my way to support small businesses, but this one deserves every bit of criticism. It was that bad. Spare yourself the misery – go literally anywhere else but here

I'm so glad I found this salon. Helen knows her trade - she did my hair more efficiently than any salon I've been to before, and the result is better than what I hoped for. Highly recommend this place for all your hair needs.

With Asian hair, big color changes scare a lot of hair stylist. I knew that when I move back to the Bay Area, that I can find an experienced colorist. I am so lucky to find Helen who took me on, listen to my needs. You can tell she has 24 years of experience with her ability to get the foils on with precision and quickness. A great neighborhood shop with walk in availability.

Great place , Nice ladies, Good value for the quality work done.They are a full service beauty salon. Check out their facials also. I highly recommend Jessica for pedicures and manicures and Helen delivers really great haircuts. I've also got my high lights done here and received lots of compliments. Thank you La Bella Salon for all your hard work and for going above and beyond for your customers. (Note: During busy times, it's best to have an appointment already scheduled)

I had a very disappointing experience here. The haircut was uneven, one side was only partially faded (and not done well), while the other side was cut extremely short, almost bald. It looked completely unbalanced. On top of that, my hair wasn’t even properly blow-dried to try to fix or style it. Overall, this felt very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place for men’s haircuts.
