La Cà 38th

OMG! Delicious! 😋 I had the #13 Banh Mi and my husband had the beef and pork Pho. My pork on my sandwich was seasoned perfectly. Good umami! We also did the shrimp appetizer rolls. To drink, we had the Thai iced teas. Everything was so yummy! You can smell the food when you walk in. It’s clearly a small mom and pop restaurant and the authenticity is there. The young man serving us was on top of things. Even though he was the only server, he was fast and took care of everyone. Definitely recommend this place! Enjoy!

First time having Vietnamese food, our waiter was great and kind, the food was even better. I have the pork rice w/.spring rolls. Everything tasted fresh. I'm definitely coming back. Only issues was it was so good I forgot to take pictures before I ate it all. Lol

Wish I had snapped a pic before I devoured everything 😅 Ordered the salted Vietnamese coffee, quail with fried rice, and a bánh mì pho dip (in my tummy, not pictured)… and wow, everything hit. The coffee was smooth and fragrant, the BBQ quail came in generous portions, and the brisket bánh mì had amazing quality meat—especially dipped in that broth… chef’s kiss!!! Such a cute, cozy spot too. It wasn’t too busy, and the outdoor patio had these cool round bubble with seating that made the whole vibe even better.

We had the spring rolls (Gỏi Cuốn) and spicy noodle soup (Bún Bò Huế). Both were outstanding; fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. La Cà is well worth many repeat visits.

Very relaxed atmosphere and reliable service + food. 🔥 The food here is always really good. I came here earlier today to get the Bun Bo Hue Chay (Vegan), which is a personal favorite. There was a mix up with my initial order yet the server was attentive and considerate, which I really value in my service. Really good spot. ❤️
