They were technologically advanced with the pictures and very thorough in their explanations of what was going on with my teeth. I fully trust the staff here - They constantly checked in with me during procedures and made sure I was comfortable. Everyone was easy to talk to and I quickly felt respected and cared for. I will be coming back.
I had a lovely 2 experiences at this dental office. I hadn't visited a dentist in several years and had some anxiety about the appointment, however, those fears were quelled within the first few moments of my first visit. There was no pushiness (of services) or judgement, which can be a rare find in a medical provider. I'm super relieved to have found a reliable provider in Dallas :)
I recently had a great experience with Lake Highlands Dental for a wisdom tooth extraction. The doctor and staff were very attentive, and answered any concerns I had. They thoroughly explained the after care process, and what I should expect during recovery. I was referred to the practice by my regular doctor however, I would return for my spouse’s wisdom teeth extractions or other dental work.
I had such a great experience at Lake Highlands Dental. From the moment I walked in the staff was very welcoming and kind. Dr. Ash is incredibly thorough and gentle. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions. The hygienist and assistants are just as wonderful. My cleaning was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever had.
