LAPIN AUTO REPAIR

Needed to have my left rear sensor installed and calibrated. Lapin Auto Repair did everything it needed in a few hours and informed me of everything they were doing as it went along. It turned out that the harness needed to be repaired and they did that right away as well. I felt that they were honest and thorough and I paid a reasonable price for the work that was done. I would not hesitate to take my car back there if I need anything else done in the future.

My wipers didn't work for a while. So I managed to remove my wiper amplifier and the circuit board looked ok to me. I thought maybe it was the built in relay. I took the part over and the tech immediately noticed the problem. He took it to the back and fixed it right up for free! I guess it just needed a resolder. Now I have full wiper function! I don't think I had that went I bought the car. Great place, not really any parking though.

I really recommend going to them, I saw that they didn’t have a lot of reviews so I was nervous in the beginning about going but they were the only ones that even though they were busy they still made time for my car the same day I called and on top of that the staff is amazing 10/10. I can’t recall the owner’s name but him and I believe Daniel were both very respectful, very helpful and I loved their service. I would definitely trust my car with them.

Hello reader, this is my personal view and how I would rate Lapin auto repair; Let’s start with diagnostics because that’s what should be done at the beginning, they charge you with their shop tax, their fees and state tax, which makes a simple diagnostics come to $227.50, for a regular person that knows the prices out there this is too expensive right off the bat, I wanted to talk to my mechanic personally and see what he was doing but they didn’t let me do that luxury, they pretended that I haven’t asked them about it so I ended up sitting not able to explain the problem nor see what was going on, Work per hour; this is also too expensive, from what I can remember the first time I went there they said that ever hours is around $220 That is also quite expensive knowing that others do for around $180 per hour, So diagnostics 227 plus hours or work just one hour of work without parts would already be well over $400 I am only saying this because I know shops just like this one that do same if not better an for a fraction of the price, Thank you for your time reader and I wish you the best.
