Las Vegas Real Estate Specialists

Emily and Navid have been fantastic! I was sad to move because they are the best. Always very timely and responsive to any maintenance requests or issues and genuinely care about their tenants. So grateful for everything they’ve done!

I can't begin to express how grateful I am for the exceptional service provided by Las Vegas Realty Specialists, particularly Landlord Emily Moon. My experience with them has been nothing short of outstanding from start to finish. Emily is a true professional who goes above and beyond to ensure her client’s satisfaction. From the moment I met her about renting my condo at the Vistana in Las Vegas. She patiently listened to my requirements and preferences, and she expertly matched me with the perfect rental property that exceeded my expectations. Throughout the entire process, Emily was consistently responsive, approachable, and proactive. She promptly answered all my questions and concerns, making sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step. Her attention to detail and thoroughness in handling the paperwork and leasing process was truly impressive, making it a seamless and stress-free experience for me. What sets Las Vegas Realty Specialists apart is their dedication to providing top-notch customer service. Emily genuinely cares about her clients and their needs, and she works tirelessly to ensure their satisfaction. Her friendly and warm demeanor made me feel like more than just another client; I felt like a valued team member in the process. The property itself was in great condition, and it's evident that Emily and her team take great pride in maintaining their rental properties to the highest standards. Any maintenance requests I had were promptly addressed, and the entire experience of renting through Las Vegas Realty Specialists has been unparalleled. I highly recommend Las Vegas Realty Specialists and, especially, Landlord Emily Moon to anyone looking to rent or buy property in the Las Vegas area. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their clients set them apart in the real estate industry. If I could give more than five stars, I would gladly do so. Thank you, Emily, for making my rental experience in Las Vegas truly exceptional!

It has been a pleasure being a part of Las Vegas Real Estate Specialists family and especially the incredible Emily Moon for the past 14 years. You read that right. I have rented and lived in the same unit under Emily for the entirety of the last 14 years and couldn't have wished for a better landlord. Always responsive even after hours & weekends (work nights & sleep days), no repair job was too big and always received prompt service during this whole time. After finally purchasing my forever home and moving out, my full deposit was refunded promptly without any issues and I still continue to be in touch with the amazing Emily to this day. In a city where people tend to be transient and service really lacks overall, I wholeheartedly recommend LV Real Estate Specialists for your rental needs without any reservation.

Emily and Navid were awesome !!! We rented with them for 3 years. Emily was so awesome so kind and considerate. I would highly recommend them !!
