Lauren was incredible to work with. My fiancé and I were ready to move out of our rental to find a home with more space for our two dogs, and from the very beginning, she truly understood what we were looking for. We chose to build a home and while new construction can seem straightforward, there are countless moving parts and people involved behind the scenes. Lauren managed it all seamlessly. She stayed on top of the builder, lender, and title company, made sure every detail was accounted for, and never allowed anything to fall through the cracks. She’s warm and easy to work with, but when it comes to advocating for her clients and getting things done, she is a true force to be reckoned with. Because of her, the entire process felt smooth and supported. We closed feeling confident, informed, and genuinely excited about this next chapter. Lauren is incredible!! We are first time home buyers who were feeling so nervous about the home buying process. I cannot say enough good things about Lauren. She is a wonderful agent. Smart, with market and negotiating savvy, fun to look at houses with, has a critical eye on property issues and resale value, and facilitates contractor quotes after inspection.
