Lavender Falls Face & Body Spa

It was my birthday, and Lavender Face and Body Spa went above and beyond to accommodate a same-day couples experience for us. We enjoyed a 25-minute soak, followed by a 60-minute massage and facial, and it was hands down the best day spa experience I’ve had in San Antonio. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive from start to finish. The atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious, and the overall experience was an amazing value for everything included. If you’re looking for a top-notch spa experience in San Antonio, I highly recommend Lavender Face and Body Spa. We will definitely be back!

Friendly staff and I enjoyed the scalp massage but overall this place is WAY overpriced for what we got in our facials. I also tried so hard not to talk during it but she ended up talking the whole entire time. Again, so friendly but let’s maybe not during a facial.

It's one of those things where you feel that you are fooled financially. The outcome looks the same as when I walked in. Doesn't look like any tattooing was done. I paid a lot of money and expected to have eyebrows. Its like if she made me go through pain just to end up with little scratches no ink.

I went for a facial yesterday. When I called to book, I specifically mentioned that I wanted a blackhead extraction. I’m over 60 and take my skincare very seriously. I decided to try a new place, and the price seemed reasonable. Kimberly, a very young lady, performed the service. In my opinion, she seemed a bit inexperienced and could use more practice, but that’s not really her fault. When it came time to pay, she charged me $149 for the service, plus $5.96 in “service tax” (4%) and another $5.96 as a “surcharge” (4%). I didn’t notice the breakdown until she handed me the receipt. Then the owners asked for a tip. Normally, I leave around 20% for good service, but after seeing these extra charges totaling $11.92, I only wanted to leave $10. I believe they should be transparent about these added fees and explain where that money goes—whether it’s for the staff or just an extra charge for the business. This is not a good business practice.

I left feeling lighter, more grounded, and totally refreshed. Taryn’s skill, care, and attention to detail made this experience unforgettable.
