The salon manager didn't ask me what color I wanted for my manicure, instead pressuring me into getting a certain color. When I ended up asking my manicurist for a different color, the manager overheard and rolled her eyes. She was rude throughout the visit and seemed unhappy with the tip I gave. On that note – even if you're only getting one service done, three or four employees trade off to work on your nails, which makes the tipping expectation pretty unclear. I was happy with the end results though, and the polish lasted a long time.

Owner is very friendly and funny, salon warm and inviting. Even the other customers were friendly, you can tell they have lots of regulars. Felt more personal than many of the larger places nearby. $75 for a gel mani and regular pedi and they did a great job. Took me as a walk in on a busy Sunday.

I wish I could give zero stars. I requested a deluxe mani & pedi with gel polish and french tip. The nail tech assigned to me quoted me one price, I agreed, and she started the service. Midway through her removing some polish I already had on my toes, another tech comes up and tells me it's going to be an additional $30 to simply remove the polish on my hands and feet, saying this service is not included in the already $60 mani & pedi (not including the $30 for gel and french tip). I'm inquiring about why this isnt included, to which she rudely keeps restating that it's just an additional cost. Being that the service had already begun, I said fine for the takeoff fee, but said to simply do the deluxe mani pedi with regular polish and no french tip. The polish application was bad quality, with the polish not covering the sides of my nails and having air bubbles. I really do not recommend this place.

I’ve been here twice and had really positive experiences both times, but went for the deluxe mani/pedi this time and it was very worth it! Both of my techs took their time and did an amazing job, definitely my new go to spot! The foot mask and 5+ min massage were the differentiators for the deluxe session, super relaxing and def worth it imo!

Made an appointment here so I could get acrylics before my friend’s wedding! They were accommodating of my need to be finished by a certain time so I could get to work after, and I was finished early with plenty of time to spare :) One provider began my service and then a different provider took over the rest when there were other walk-ins, but I felt attended to and they both checked in with me about shaping etc. to make sure I got what I wanted. My one critique is that one nail got over filed and doesn’t match the shape of the others because she filed it down more after applying polish, but this is so minor to me as I know nobody but me is looking that closely. I don’t get my nails done very often but I want to now!
