This place has always been a hit or miss for me.. BUT this most recent time, I’m SO happy to say I’ll be coming here again!! It is very difficult finding a nail tech who is skilled and is willing to work with their clients and fix any issues that the client brings to their attention (after all, we’re all human! We just want our nails to look a certain way 🙏🏼❤️). I had a very positive experience with Cindy! And I told her, respectfully, I’m only going to book appointments with her moving forward. Cindy was very kind and tried her best to ensure my nails were exactly what I was asking for. CLIENT TIP: Be as specific as you can be so your nail tech understands. It’s best to ask questions and it’s very helpful if you can show pictures to your nail tech as a reference, too. I initially wanted dip powder and I told Cindy that many nail techs say they know how to do it but they really don’t. The past 2 times I’ve come here, before I met Cindy, the nail techs made my nails thick and gritty from the massive amount of dip powder and they didn’t file the powder enough to make the surface smooth— it was so grainy and gritty. Terrible!! Cindy knew the assignment and although we had to change my manicure to acrylic powder for the base and gel for the color and top coat, I was so happy with how my nail bed looked! There’s a few things I wish I could’ve asked Cindy to touch up on but I will during my next nail appointment with her in 3 weeks. I really appreciate Cindy’s genuine kindness, the fact that she took her time on each of my nails and her willingness to work with a picky client like myself. I always feel a bit bad asking nail techs to fix something but Cindy was so kind.. I am grateful for the connection I’ve made with her! It’s so rare to find a nail tech you genuinely connect with and who doesn’t take what I want fixed as a negative or a burden.. 🙏🏼❤️❤️ I highly recommend Cindy!! Thank you, Cindy!

This is my second time visiting Lavender Nail and Spa. I got lucky that I got Mai again to do my manicure and I love the way my manicure turned out. She also gave me a pedicure. The pricing is also not too bad. I will definitely be getting my nails done by Mai again. Parking can be a little bit hard though.
