This is the worst law office I’ve ever dealt with. I went to the Law Office of Yagya Nepal in 2016, and it was a complete waste of time and money. He kept delaying my case again and again without any clear reason or progress, and every time I visited, he just asked for more money. The most frustrating part was that whenever I was in trouble or urgently needed help, he would never answer phone calls or respond. There was no support when it mattered most. There was no professionalism, no proper communication, and no real guidance. I felt completely misled. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this law office. There are much better and more honest attorneys out there.

If you are looking for a worst law office in bay area this might be in top of the list . I went there today with my brother for immigration service . We also fixed the time before we head there and we called when we arrived they are like who are you ? Seriously ! We waited in lobby for an hour no one show up . There is one lady don’t know the name but she doesn’t even know how to address the people who came there for service. Do you guys have any idea your service is not a free service we have to pay for it but still you guys are horrible, we saw they are not busy inside and even they are not working . We walk away and we not going back there for any service not recommended as well and also they charge high and their service doesn’t even deserve a penny . The worst horrible and terrific place it disappointed Us never going to return. I would say don’t waste your time and money to go such a worst law office for your future .

I had one of the worst experiences with attorney Yagya Nepal. In my opinion, he is one of the most unprofessional and misleading attorneys in the Bay Area. His main focus seems to be money—not helping clients. He charges a fixed amount at the beginning, but then continues to demand more money at every stage, especially after any progress or approval in the case. He often delays hearings or paperwork without a clear reason, which I believe is a tactic to prolong the case and collect more fees. He pretends that there are complications just to create pressure and push clients into paying more. This kind of behavior is unethical and takes advantage of people who are already in a vulnerable position. I strongly recommend that anyone who currently has an open case with him should consider changing their attorney as soon as possible. There are far better, more honest immigration lawyers out there who truly care about their clients. Please avoid him if you want real help and peace of mind during your immigration process.
