I’ve performed root touch up, coloring etc. From the moment I sat in her chair, she exuded professionalism and attentiveness, making me feel comfortable and understood. Laya's expertise in hair styling is evident in every aspect of her work. She carefully listened to my desires and provided valuable suggestions, resulting in a hairstyle that perfectly complemented my features and exceeded my expectations. Honestly I was initially pressured into making a good review for her to get a discount on the wildly expensive bleach and tone she did on me. She was going to charge me $400 for a root touch-up and toner otherwise. So here's what happened. I made the appt that day, she told me she could see me later in the afternoon. When I got to the salon she was still working with another client. This is fine, just unexpected. As she's talking to me about what I want she starts (not to my knowledge) mixing up the bleach. I ask her what the price is and she says $400. I was stunned and said I dont think I can do that. She gave me a LOT of attitude for this and was rude she said dismissively "If you dont like it you can go to one of those cheap colorist." She then followed that up with "But I've already mixed the bleach up so..." basically insinuating that I would have to pay at least for the bleach. I felt incredibly pressured by this woman. Her response was unprofessional in my opinion. She "haggled" with me a bit bringing the price down to $350, and then later offered me an additional discount to post a fake glowing review for her. I think the remainder of the appointment she kinda knew she was harsh in the beginning cause then she was buttering me up a bit. Still I left the salon feeling disheartened and out 320 bucks. Overall just be careful and maybe be aware of her pricing before you go. She did a good job but her service and attitude were not okay.

Laya is amazing in what she's doing! I got the best highlight ever with her. She also did a nice haircut for me. She's very cool and yet very professional!! She did a combination of highlight, balayage and ombre on my hair! Love it!! Highly recommended!
