Dr Alicia is amazing! She helps educate me on good oral health habits. This office has such a homey vibe from the moment you walk in. Everytime I come to this office I've had nothing but good experiences! Jasmin in the front was amazing! She helped me fill out some forms and helped ease my nerves before the appointment.

I have been going here for my dental care a few years now and it's always a pleasure to see Dr. Alicia and the rest of the staff. The front desk staff alway acknowledges me when I come in and are so kind. Dr. Alicia provides excellent care and explains everything to me in a way I can understand it. The Hygienist are also kind and make me feel comfortable with the experience I have. When you hear the care team interact with eachother you can tell they are a tight nit group and that is important with any team. I'd strongly suggest going in for your dental care needs and maintenance! ^_^

I had an excellent experience during my recent dental cleaning. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The hygienist was thorough yet gentle, clearly explaining each step of the process and offering helpful tips for maintaining good oral hygiene. The office was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology, which added to the overall sense of confidence in their care. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the time taken to answer my questions without feeling rushed. It is such a shame that I have recently left this practice as a patient of over 1 year. The reason has nothing to do with the medical care I received from Dr. Alicia (who has been amazing); it has all to do with the front office staff. Context: I referred my husband to the practice after my initial visit with Dr. Alicia. She cared for me all throughout my pregnancy and I was excited to bring my 1 year old to the practice as a new patient. Since my husband joined, Le Chabot has sent me all his appointment reminder texts and calls while he received none. We both asked the staff to update the contact information from my number to his on multiple occasions (with the staff's confirmation and assurance that it was done each time). Sounds like a simple fix, right? However, nothing was changed and I still continued to receive text/call reminders regarding his appointments. You can see how this small issue became frustrating after more than 5 attempts/requests over 9+ months to remediate the issue with no resolution. Furthermore, my husband even received an appointment reminder for another patient that we don't know (which likely is a HIPAA violation). I've never had this issue at any other medical practice and nothing has changed with our insurance so this issue is unique to Le Chabot. It wasn't worth the headache, so it was time to switch dental providers.

My family has been going to Le Chabot Dental for years! The service and support is second to none. We love Dr. Le and his mother :) they are incredibly talented at what they do. During our appointment today, two ladies working the front desk, Jasmin and Aileen, were thoughtful and showed kindness towards me and my kiddo - making our visit low stress and pleasant. A special thank you to the office for a job well done.
